my left knee already give me problem..
but i ignored it, and next is gastric and stitch..
it haunt me for half the journey..
after midway turn at loyang ave.. my left ankle and knee
comes on again. ha! Underpronate cfm.. i need to adjust my posture.
and my knee is a old injury.. while slping it hurts..
cos u bend it, and straighten it.. woah.. excruciating..
after the run, i decided to go to the beach for a cool down..
and i caught the sunrise..
tho it already rose, so i missed the horizon.. BUT,
still nice...
looks like donut.. kinda..
from my house to the beach is 1 pure straight path..
these are along the path..
and i so confirmed 95% of them are malays and indians.

The race i run, i run it on my own..

like.. my last meal was shokudo..
24 hrs ltr.. i eat baked beans..
tired, lazy, and i promised NO instant noodles..
dint finish baked beans also.. too much..
