JCL

now i need to work in business class alr..
i cannot say its better than EY..
cos there is really ALOT of preparation to do on grd.. and its like erm..
i only half 20 mins if leave from SIN..
and from overseas i prolly got only 10-15 at most..

i need to check meal, check condiments..
check utensils, check crockery, check holloware..
check the uplifts whether its enough.. check my linens..
need to organise galley.. stow equipments..
organise crockery.. plan in advance what i need to do.. prepare drinks..
wth..!!!!

i rather do a FULL LOAD 300 pax in EY for a Indian run ANYTIME...
PERIOD.. not complaining la.. but i really dun feel anything for JCL..
even its light load there is still so much preparation to do..
and some fsses just take it for granted that GS must do everything..
and all they do is take care of the pax, and make sure they got meal choices..
seriously, basically thats all..

if you think JCL is like.. WAH ATAS.. ya it is.. atas for pax lo..
GS really is liek bz shit.. even light load also bz..
at certain time of the service.. i got to multi task SIX things at the same time..
-clear the satay trolley and turn it over to become cheese and fruits trolley for the next service sequence..
-jaga the FSSes see whether they have enough resources in the cabin..
-do adhocs.
-clear plates,
-offer bread,
-start plating Maincourse..

and all these will happen AT THE SAME TIME.. how to champs!!!???
seriously catering and service development shld do smthg about these..
altho crew always get things done eventually.. it doesnt mean these dun nid to be]
improved to ease crew for their *welfare*

ok la.. im complain-ny today.. just one of those days.. that u realise u have much more to work,
but still get paid as less, and planning gives u shit flight that u eat grass..
roster out this friday i heard... PRAY HARD HARD AH!!!!!!!!!!!
