Day 2 - Do billing and menu trng.
Day 3 - i give new part-timers menu training
Day 4 - i pick phone and do reservations
Day 5 - i run the shop alone, and settle walk-ins
Day 6 - Off Day
Day 7 Morning - I settle stock taking and ordering,
Day 7 Night - get my own shop key for opening..
