Shocking New Rule.

As of 2008 liberos can't set a ball to the front row and have them jump to attack the ball. Nor can the libero set a ball in front of the three meter line to the setter and have them attack the ball above the plane of the net. A setter must play the ball below the net if they wish to attack the ball over the net. If a set from the libero to a front row player does occur, however the attacker may attack the ball without jumping. This rule was introduced in order to prevent teams from using their libero as their setter.

But the game is definately harder and challenging with this rule.

If you dont know what is a Libero..
In chinese its called 二傳.
It cannot do any form of attacking..
Main Defender..
It is normally the most agile in the team, smallest in size,
and the one with fastest reaction to situations,
and the odd one out in in the team jersey colour.
the 1 whom catches the 1st ball usually

so as to assist the striker to spike..
Which is also the job of the setter..
