insomnia again, and so watch the miss universe 2008..
COLUMBIA IS SO HAWT! my eyes could get burnt looking at her..
(this are the Oooook pictures only)
slp at 12 and KO-ed till 8pm.. watch cooking show and superband..

i dont understand why screamm is using alternative punk rock to
sing lemon tree.. the style is good.. but, its so hard to bring out the lyrics i feel..
but its really bold and daring.. the bass, elect and drummer is ZAI luh..
electric guitar shred is crazy.. i think im only half as fast as her..
another group TUZI(rabbit) i think they did damn good today,
chord progression, song flow, from the down to up, climax,
and ended off in a alternate, rather-flat harmony.. they are good..
Drummer is *stunning* she also damn zai..
i dont understand and cant really appreciate alternative music man,
need to listen and learn more on those style..
congo, bossa nova, blues, accapella
jazz, pop/rock, slow rock is still the comfort zone.
Volleyball show is really ALL TALK, NO ACTION.. for now hopefully please!
arts central now: 10pm monday has really nice show, doing classic rock&rolls..
good music found...

On a more serious medical note, i'm suffering this: Iliotibal Band Syndrome
it's the ligament that runs down the outside of the thigh from the hip to the shin. "When the band comes near the knee, it becomes narrow, and rubbing can occur between the band and the bone. This causes inflammation," says Freddie H. Fu, M.D., a Pittsburgh orthopedic surgeon and chairman of the board of the Pittsburgh Marathon.
Dr. Pagliano describes most runners with ITB pain as "Type A's." "They run high mileage," he says. "They're not willing to back off, and they are willing to run through pain." (i thought shld say we have high level of determination and endurance)
check what im suffering out from here: Runner's World
i miss you, you know?
