started jogging at 230, loop siglap sec,
run to Junquan old place, and the whole of pasir ris beach,
aloha loyang U turn, and stop at downtown east. which
ended about 320.. we crapped all the way NON STOP!!!
yes, we jog, talk, laugh, fun la! *i kill you*
almost 6km.. but surely no 6..
MUST i really run the whole pasir ris to reach 10km?
and i cfmed my left knee and ankle is injured.
ligaments is bad.. i need a bandage..i cant bend my knee..
the whole run was painful..
near to giving up.. of cos i did not..
Next run is scheduled friday night.. or rather.
saturday morning.. runnign kaki pls!
