Lesson : How to act like you're happy and okay.

1. dont show your emotion
2. keep oneself occupied
3. try not to be alone and be as chit-chatty as possible
4. keep oneself entertained by ANY MEANS
5. dont think of the person
6. think of other stuffs
7. put on a fake strong front
8. try to be normal

1. he keeps looking at the handphone
2. he appears listless once not active
3. he is unusually high / he gets low easily
4. his speech is not really himself
5. he walks alone in groups at times
